for the use of its pools,

and to use its services

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. By purchasing an entrance ticket (day ticket, season ticket), the guest acknowledges and accepts the contents of these Rules. TiszaSzolg 2004 Kft., as the owner and operator of the Tiszaújváros Spa and Beach Bath, may take the necessary measures to promote compliance with the Rules. In the event of a suspected crime or the commission of a crime on the premises of the facility, the photograph released by the investigating authority may be displayed in the facility to facilitate the work of the investigating authority.
2. An electronic surveillance system operates in the facility, the fact of which the guest acknowledges by purchasing the ticket. The facility is monitored for entry and certain actions using a digital video recorder. Violations of the House Rules can be documented using the video recorded by the camera and the photo taken from it.
   Purpose of data processing: personal and property protection. Legal basis for data processing: suggestive behavior pursuant to Section 30 (2) of Act CXXXIII of 2005 on the rules of personal and property protection and private detective activities. Place of storage of the recording: Tiszaújváros Spa and Beach Bath
   . Storage period: three working days pursuant to Section 31 (2) of Act CXXXIII of 2005 on the rules of personal and property protection and private detective activities. Persons entitled to access the data: TiszaSzolg 2004 Kft., the data subjects, the acting authorities

II. CONDITIONS FOR USING SERVICES

1. Everyone may use the facilities and services of the Spa and Beach Bath only at their own risk and responsibility.
2. the Spa and Beach Bath and stay there during opening hours (every day from 9:30 to 20:00) with a valid ticket (ticket or pass). The service fee can only be paid at the cash desk with a bank card, SZÉP card or cash (the cashier will provide information about this).
3. Tickets purchased at the box office must be kept until you leave the spa, as they may be checked by the staff at any time. Upon entry, pre-purchased passes must be presented and handed over to the cashier for validation.
4. Daily admission tickets and visitor tickets issued at the box office are only valid on the day of the exhibition and entitle you to one-time entry, with the exception of season tickets and wristband tickets, which can be used within their validity period.
5. The current prices and opening hours are provided on the information board next to the cash register, on the website, and on the price list .
6. opening hours of the bath must be posted in a clearly visible manner for guests, directly at the entrance. The operating hours may be changed by the bath management in justified cases, with the permission of the managing director (rain, sudden cooling, technical failure, etc.). Guests can find out about the change by means of the notice posted at the cash desk. By purchasing the entrance ticket, the bath guest acknowledges all this, and due to the changed situation, he will not be entitled to any subsequent compensation - ticket refund.
7. Children under the age of 14 may only use the services if accompanied or supervised by an adult. Children under the age of 10 are not recommended to stay in the spa pools. Children who cannot swim may only stay in the spa pools under parental supervision.
8. In order to protect the health and physical integrity of guests using the spa's services, the following persons are not allowed to visit the spa area:
   • people with fever, infectious gastrointestinal and skin diseases, • people with convulsions, loss of consciousness, or diseases involving infectious or extensive pathological skin lesions, • people who are drunk, under the influence of drugs or intoxicating drugs.
9. The swimming pools can be used in swimsuits. Topless or naturist sunbathing or bathing is not permitted in the spa area. Women are required to wear a swimsuit and men are required to wear swimming trunks that reach above the knees. In case of disputes, the spa staff has the right to refuse the guest access to the spa. A swimsuit (and a swim diaper if necessary) is also mandatory for children.
10. It is mandatory to use a footbath or shower before entering the pool.
11. The bath facilities must be used as intended . Anyone who causes damage intentionally or through careless behavior may claim compensation from TiszaSzolg 2004 Kft., as the owner and operator of the Tiszaújváros Spa and Beach Bath.
12. In the bath area, you are not allowed to play games or behave in a way that endangers your own or others' physical integrity or disturbs the peace of bathers.
13. Swimming pools are only for those who can swim, and children's and paddling pools are only for those under the age of 10. Adults may enter children's and paddling pools only for the purpose of picking up a child and only for the time necessary for this purpose.
14. You may only jump into the swimming pool at the designated area; jumping into the other pools of the spa is prohibited.
15. The playground games may only be used by children under the age of 14 under the supervision of a parent (or adult).
16. Smoking is prohibited in the Spa building, but permitted in the Beach Spa area (except within a 5-meter radius of the children's pool, playground, spa pools, restaurants and entrances).
17. In the event of a fire, bomb alarm or other emergency, the instructions of the public address system and spa staff must be followed.
18. commercial units operating in the spa area and other service providers in a contractual relationship with TiszaSzolg 2004 Kft.
19. In order to comply with health and official regulations and to ensure the undisturbed relaxation of bathers, it is FORBIDDEN:
    • to bring an unclean child into the pool – including the children's and paddling pools –,• to smoke or litter in the Spa building, changing rooms, pools, and pool area,• to use the pools without using a shower or footbath,
    • to pollute the water, •
    to jump into the water – except in designated areas,• to bring fragile objects, play equipment, any item that could cause accidents or injuries, or that could disturb guests, into the pools,• to enter the pools in clothing that is of concern from a public health, water quality, and accident prevention perspective due to the size of its surface,• to designate and use underwear and street clothing as swimwear,• to enter the pool area in street shoes, or the pools in street shoes, slippers, or clogs,• not to swim to use deep water for those who know how,• to stay in the children's pool or paddling pool for adults – except in the event of removing a child and for the necessary period of time,• to distribute or place flyers in the bath area without permission,• to enter the changing rooms and showers separated by gender only for guests of the opposite sex indicated there,• to bring animals into the bath area – except for guard dogs and assistance dogs according to Decree 27/2009. (XII.3.) of the Ministry of Health,• to bring objects that are dangerous to public safety into the bath area, especially weapons, flammable and explosive materials,• to drive into the bath area with a vehicle,• to light a fire in the bath area, play a radio, CD, MP3, etc. to use a player or any other device suitable for playing music, as well as musical instruments in a way that disturbs others,• to behave in a way that violates public morality and public order, to violate the rules of coexistence, for example: making obscene, vulgar remarks, physical abuse, inciting hatred due to racial, ethnic, religious affiliation, sexual orientation, sexual intercourse, as well as any form of behavior that may indicate the establishment of a sexual relationship and is capable of causing scandal or alarm in others.• to engage in gambling with high stakes.
20. TiszaSzolg 2004 Kft. may ban from the Tiszaújváros Spa and Beach Bath operated by it any person whose behavior in the bath area is blatantly anti-social, may cause shock or alarm in others, and in connection with which a complaint is received, or TiszaSzolg 2004 Kft. is forced to request a police visit or file a police report. Without taking any further measures, any person whose behavior constitutes physical violence, endangers the health or physical integrity of other guests, or any sexual act of any kind, may be immediately banned from the bath. The ban may be applied for a fixed period of time or permanently. The executive director shall issue a resolution on the banned persons, of which the Kft. may keep a record.
21. All guests must follow the instructions of lifeguards, pool supervisors, slide supervisors, and staff.
22. The slides cannot be used below 110 cm shoulder height!
23. The Castle Pool can only be used by children aged 0-10!

III. COMPLAINTS BOOK, FIRST AID

1. Bathers may make complaints or compliments regarding the method and quality of service, the behavior of the service staff, or the operation of the bath in the complaint book placed for this purpose at the cash desk, or to the Consumer Protection Authority in the manner prescribed by law. TiszaSzolg 2004 Kft. will investigate the complaint, comment, or suggestion within 30 days in accordance with the relevant rules, and will notify the bather who submitted the complaint (if data is provided) of the results, and will take the necessary measures.
2. A first aid station is available during the opening hours of the spa, which guests can use free of charge. The access to the first aid station is marked in the spa area.

IV. VALUE PRESERVATION

1. Guests should leave their money, precious metals and other valuables in the safes located in the cash desks, and their clothes in the lockers. TiszaSzolg 2004 Kft. is only responsible for the valuables placed here. The lockers can be used upon payment of the fee indicated in the price list.
2. TiszaSzolg 2004 Ltd. is not responsible for any damage resulting from the loss of items left unattended in the spa area .
3. Please hand in any found items at the cashier. If the rightful owner of the found item comes forward, they must prove receipt by showing their ID and signing. Found items can be picked up from the shift manager during opening hours. Found items will be kept for three months.

V. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

1. The provisions of the House Rules apply uniformly to all persons staying in the bathhouse, therefore anyone who does not agree to comply with the provisions contained therein, or does not comply despite a warning, may be denied service.
2. Any person who violates the House Rules or disturbs the order of the spa or the peace of the guests must be removed from the spa and excluded from further use of the spa services. If necessary, the assistance of an official may be sought for this purpose.
